Waris Punjab De chief Amritpal Singh hit two-wheelers to divert police, Jalandhar DIG Swapan Sharma said. Singh altered his route two to three times, according to Sharma. Singh was initially observed in the Shahkot area and he had previously been at Harike before entering Doaba region from another flyover.
