Roles & Responsibilities
Summary

We are currently looking for a Full-time Inside sales Executive to join our growing team. The ideal person for the job will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional Gujarati communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about the product and service.
Make 100 calls every day.
Answer questions about products and services or the company.
Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Handle objections and rejections in an accurate manner.
Handle grievances to preserve the company’s reputation.
Go the “extra mile” to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
Desired Candidate Profile
Must Have:

Proven experience of minimum 2 years as an Inside sales Executive.
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
Must be fluent in English, Gujarati, and Hindi .
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.
Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
